I'm an editor at WAD Magazine, I manage all the web part and also writes articles on the print edition. Aside from that, I am very active on my personal Instagram and I manage my blog ilovemalebitch.com, a pink gazette retracing some of my experiences.
Q. How do you start your day?

Q. Whats your daily relationship with food? Take us through your eats from start to finish.
My breakfast is what I prefer that morning so I never eat the same thing. Normally I have a preference for Greek yogurt topped with muesli, fresh fruit juice and vegetable mix (banana, cucumber and bell pepper, for example), and then pancakes without eggs and with soya milk.
I do not eat a an enormous lunch when I work. It's always something like a simple salad (avocado / tomato) or soup, with fruit in the afternoon.
Then at dinner, most of the time it ends in quinoa, with feta cheese, vegetables cut into thin slices, or downright fruits (mango, strawberry, pineapple) for a sweet version. I add a bunch of stuff, nuts, raisins, almonds, grated coconut, pumpkin seeds ... and I find myself with an incredible bowl.
Q. What are Reviews some of your kitchen staples?
Chia seeds and flax, cinnamon, and always always a blender!
Q. How do you like to sweat?
Jumping rope, running to the gym (in truth, I alternate between 30 minutes cross-training, then 30 minutes of elliptical that simulates a running movement uphill and finally 15 minutes fast walk uphill on the treadmill). I finish up by working the abs and thighs.
