Grains salad

I like my grains when they crisps and wrapped in chocolate. Otherwise it's not so fun for me to eat. But somedays your body needs to be in agreement with itself and grains are that kind of super food.

This salad is easy and quick to cook and it's perfect to consume a lot of essential minerals and vitamins.
For this grain salad, I choose a mix of quinoa and bulgur, they are full of proteins and an excelent source of magnesium and other vitamins.
Ingredients were nothing complicated: avocado, mushrooms, a mix of  beetroots and spinach with a scrambled eggs.

A 5 minutes ready to eat salad. Tasty and substantial!
