Pink matter

I am def a sweet tooth girl. I love me some sweet treats and now that sunny days are approaching there is nothing like some ice cream to keep cool. 

Rather than just picking up store bought ice cream, filled with refined sugars,  I am enjoying this rather light and freshly made sorbet that is just the perfect ending a meal.

Raspberries are particulary full of anti-oxydants and its a good source of potassium.
This recipe is super easy to make, 5 minutes and voilà!


Raspberries Sorbet


  • 500 gr of frozen raspberries
  • 30 cl of almond milk
  • 2 Tbsp of honey


Nothing more simple: Pour all the ingredients into a blender , blend until it's smooth & creamy. Serve immediately!
