Chai Smoothie

Masala Chaï tea , originally from India is a very tasty and aromatic blend served very sweet and mixed with milk. 

The spice blend in chai help facilitate digestion, reduces fatigue and major  anti- inflammatory properties. It is also a good stimulant for our immune system. On these  warmer months,  we love to serve it smoothie style.


Chaï Smoothie

Brew 1 cup of chai tea  Or make brew your own

Spices for Chai Blend

  • 2 Cinammon Sticks
  • 3-4 Caradmom pods
  • 5-6 Cloves
  • 1  piece of ginger cut and mashed (walnut size)

Ingredients for Smoothie

  • cup Brewed chai
  • 1/2 coconut milk ( your preference in nut milk)
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp of agave syrup
  • Ice

optional: scoop of protein, adaptogens, or nut butter

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
