Basics: Chia Pudding

This is our basic Chia Pudding Recipe. It’s super simple to make. It literally takes no science. If you’re not a morning person or you’re always on the go, it’s a great meal to prep overnight and have the next morning for breakfast. We like to make a few cups at a time and have it as breakfast or as an afternoon snack.  Now the fun part is the toppings. You can get as creative as you’d like. Our favorites are fresh fruits like bananas or berries, goji, coconut flakes, hemp seeds, bee pollen, and almonds.
