Quick Stovetop Cinammon Granola


If you live in a small flat without an oven (very common here in Paris), this granola recipe is a perfect solution to the diy granola. This quick recipe is great for topping on fresh fruit, yogurt, smoothie bowls, chia pudding or just with milk as a cereal. This is a very basic one but toasting some nuts and adding dried fruits will def amp up the recipe! 

Quick Stovetop Cinammon Granola


  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats, not instant
  • 1 tablespoon virgin-coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon agave, mapley syrup or honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinammon
  • Pinch sea salt



In a medium skillet over medium-low heat, add oats. Toast for about 4 minutes, stirring frequently, until the oats are goldenbut not burnt. Add oil, honey, cinnamon, and salt, mix well to coat the oats. Cook 1 additional minute while string. 

Remove from the heat and spread on parchment paper lined baking sheet. If there are chucks, after cooling break apart with hand. Allow to cool completely before adding to an airtight container.
