SHIPPING
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the US.  We will be launching across France & the E.U soon.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept debit cards, credit cards, applePay and/or payPal.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Please allow 3 business days for processing.  You can expect your order to be delivered within 5-10 business days, with the specific timeline varying based on your location.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking and confirmation information. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking code and link to be activated.

We can ensure your order is processed promptly, but cannot be held accountable for service interruptions, or poor weather conditions. Additionally, processing times may increase when there is higher demand and particularly during the holiday season.

Can I update my order after it’s been placed?
We are unable to make any modifications to an order after it has been processed. Additionally, if your order is en route, the course of the parcel cannot be altered. If this does happen, we will try our best to assist, but we do not issue replacement parcels for this reason. To make changes to an order after it has been placed, please feel free to reach out to us at hello@menos-mas.com immediately. We'll be happy to assist you with any modifications you need, if it can be done prior to processing your order.

What is your return - replacement policy?
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept exchanges, returns, or issue refunds for used or opened merchandise. We recommend new customers familiarize themselves with the ingredients and purpose of the product so that they are informed before committing to purchase.

Note: Upon receiving your order, please confirm the contents of the package are entirely accurate before using the product.

Replacement parcels:
In the instance, your order arrives missing or defective; a replacement will be issued at no cost to you. To qualify for a replacement, your request must be reported to customer care within 72 hours of receipt. No replacements will be granted after the seventh day of delivery.

Are you cruelty free?
Yes, we are cruelty free and proud of it! 

Are all of your products vegan?
All products are vegan except for our  Honey Royal Jelly Miracle balm which contains responsibly sourced bee products - beeswax, bee pollen, royal jelly, and bee propolis. 

Do you believe in sustainability?  

We strive to be responsible .

By the nature of existing, no brand is purely sustainable. At menos mas, we strive to be responsible with our products by sourcing responsible ingredients and materials,  using recycled materials and innovating packaging that minimizes the environmental impact, where possible, like  with our completely compostable  body scrub packaging. As a small business, we are not perfect but we are mindful, learning and educating ourselves everyday on how we can create solutions to improve and evolve our products to serve you and our planet in the best way possible.
